Do not sneeze while bending over to put something away.

Ouch. =( Pulled a muscle in my back, and it hurts so bad, it itches/burns.

Anyone else have any painful injuries due to a sneeze?

i don't have any at the moment, but i'm sure i will my nose is stuffed today and i can't stop sneezing >:o

I have cysts on my ovaries, and sometimes when I sneeze really hard it feels like they're going to burst. That's always fun. : / And I feel your pain on the back issue. I threw mine out mopping. That'll teach me to clean.

But I have horrible allergies all the time, so I'm usually sneezing all the time. Occasionally, I'll hit my desk or some other hard surface when I sneeze. Other times, it's more of the pain of embarrassment when the whole class turns and stares at me. 8c

I don't recall having sneezed myself into an injury, which is actually surprising seeing how injury prone I am. It's usually coughing that'll leave my chest so raw that it hurts to even take small breaths. My friend has managed to sprain a rib from sneezing though.

I just literally had to go to the doctor's this afternoon because of a severe muscle spasm in my back. It lead to my sitting on the little exam table, with one of those "lovely" paper shirts on, and the doc (after several minutes of agonizing poking and prodding) announced that I needed a cortisone shot in my shoulder.

Now my shoulder's killing me from the shot. x_x

Weh.

At least I no longer have that throbbing, twitching ache up my neck and down my shoulder. ;A;

Just sometimes when I have a really bad cold, I'll sneeze so hard it feels like my throat's being torn out. Scares me because I sing in two choirs and I would die if I couldn't sing anymore, not even joking.

I've once sneezed while bending over to plug a flash drive into my computer and hit my head hard enough on the computer desk to knock myself out. It stung a bit...

Read "Sneeze" as "Squeeze" for some reason and was REALLY confused.

Don't sneeze when you happen to have a jumpy cat sitting on your lap. Holy crap the end result wasn't pretty. Luckily the scars have faded away. The jeans had to be thrown away. Between the new awkwardly placed holes and blood stains they were a lost cause.

I may end up going to the doctor. This is the third back injury I've had that has literally dropped me, and I can't let this one go. I can't get comfortable to save my life, and my back is BURNING. Like...the skin is hot, even. I'm going to see my son tomorrow (YAY! <3), but I don't know how it's gonna be to pick him up... =(

Damn, that sounds a bit extreme from a sneeze.

The only sneeze related injury was when had one of my birds on my shoulder, and sneezed. It scared him, and as he took off, his wing went into my eye ¦{ No permanent damage, though.

Not an injury, but once I sneezed wearing a choker made of lace and ripped it :P >.>
